The technical departments are supported by Administration and Management which has got eight sections, namely: Administration, Human Resource Management, Finance, Procurement, Audit, Public Relations and Planning & Policy Unit.
The Sections perform, the following functions;
Administration
Administration coordinates, supervises, and provides management direction and logistic requirements for the entire Ministry.
Financial, Procurement & Audit
Financial, Procurement and Audit department facilitates finance, procurement and audit services for the entire Ministry.
Human Resources
Human Resources facilitates human resources management and development.
Planning & Policy Unit
Planning and Policy Unit provides guidance and direction on general to specific ministerial policy, programme planning, implementation and evaluation, and the provision of timely information as a guide to the policy making and review process.
